Logistics Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support daily transportation and operational processes within a U.S.-based logistics environment.
In this role, you'll assist with dispatching, shipment tracking, documentation, billing support, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations
Monitor shipments and provide real-time updates
Track operational and financial data in internal systems (TMS/ERP/CRM)
Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
Assist with billing, AP/AR support, and documentation
Maintain compliance with procedures and client guidelines
Requirements:
