Logistics Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented
Logistics Specialist
to support daily transportation and operational processes within a U.S.-based logistics environment.

In this role, you'll assist with dispatching, shipment tracking, documentation, billing support, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day logistics and transportation operations
• Monitor shipments and provide real-time updates
• Track operational and financial data in internal systems (TMS/ERP/CRM)
• Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
• Assist with billing, AP/AR support, and documentation
• Maintain compliance with procedures and client guidelines
