Logistics Specialist

Job Description:
Manage and coordinate international logistics operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and shipment traceability to guarantee business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Review and update contracts with Freight Forwarders by validating dates, clauses, and addendums to ensure validity and contractual compliance.

• Manage cases and requests with the insurance provider using established channels to ensure timely attention and adequate coverage.

• Monitor export regulations (U.S. Export Regulations) through continuous updates and training to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics tasks related to import and export.

• Knowledge of Import and Export Regulations of the United States of America.
