Logistics Specialist

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Coordinate and manage national and international freight (air, ocean, and ground), including quotation, booking, and execution.
+ Follow up on assigned logistics operations from shipment origin to plant delivery, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and on-time performance.
+ Proactively communicate any logistics or customs-related deviations, risks, or delays to internal stakeholders to support timely decision-making.
+ Review, validate, and manage foreign trade documentation for import and export operations (e.g., customs entries, value declarations, supporting spreadsheets), ensuring regulatory compliance.
+ Register and administer import and export transactions in the customs inventory control system (Annex 24 – PRISMA).
+ Participate in internal and external audits, simulations, and annual risk assessments related to Supply Chain Security programs (OEA / CTPAT).
