Works with the project managers helping them manage the projects and services.
This position is tactical in nature and responsible for shepherding tasks to completion and issue resolution within internal procedures and acting as primary point of contact for client accounts.
The team works cross-functionally to ensure that client requirements and timelines are met.
Focusing on building relationships with the customer and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Carries out all tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
