Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily shipping operations by liaising with freight forwarders, arranging bookings, handling shipments, and managing crating, forklift arrangements, and fumigation when required.
• Prepare, process, and pre-advise complete shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, certificates of origin, and credit notes for internal and external customers.
• Support spare parts shipments and ad-hoc logistics tasks, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Requirement:

• With 1 year working experience in Shipping
• Familiar with Syspro business software

Additional Information:

• Up to $3500
• Located in Kallang
