Your Responsibilities

• IPF Import shipments tracking and control
• Import IPF shipments documentation control and Aviso with documents sending (IPF documentation set, Batch list, Commercial invoice with preferential origin)
• Import Customs clearance, support and control
• Support Ringana GmbH Team with documentation/labelling of new products
• Operative communication with Customs brokers
• Communication and operational control of 3PL logistics provider
