Logistics Specialist

Description We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join a team in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position supports the smooth coordination of customer orders from entry through delivery, helping ensure products move accurately, on schedule, and in a cost-conscious manner. The role works closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues quickly, communicate updates clearly, and maintain a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders through ERP and vendor platforms, ensuring accurate entry, updates, and shipment tracking from initial receipt through final delivery.
• Investigate and resolve order exceptions such as pricing discrepancies, quantity concerns, product mismatches, and other issues that could interrupt processing.
