Job Description:

1. Handling of Domestic Shipments

• Monitor and manage all local/domestic shipments from pickup to final delivery.
• Coordinate with transport providers, drivers, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules.
• Ensure that shipments are properly documented, labeled, and dispatched on time.
• Track shipment status and provide updates to concerned departments when necessary.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues such as delays, rerouting, or incomplete documentation.

2. Checking, Booking, and Handling Delivery Requests of PPSI

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of delivery instructions, addresses, and contact details.
• Book deliveries with accredited transport providers and coordinate pickup schedules.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure successful completion of deliveries.
• Report any discrepancies, delays, or delivery concerns to the operations team.
