Logistics Specialist

Summary The Logistics Specialist (LS) manages transactional activities related to accounts and collaborates closely with transportation providers (Carriers) and internal support teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. The LS serves as the primary point of contact for daily transactional operations and assumes customer service responsibilities outside of regular business hours. The LS will contribute significantly to achieving ProTrans objectives by supporting the identification, analysis, and development of supply chain solutions aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
