Logistics Specialist - Oakridge Park

Summary

The Logistics Specialist supports store operations at Oakridge Park in Vancouver by managing order fulfillment, receiving, inventory and backroom organization. This full-time role reports to the Operations Leader and ensures accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise to meet fulfillment, presentation and loss prevention targets.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize order queue and complete order picking and fulfillment to meet deadlines and packaging standards.
• Receive incoming merchandise including MTM and special orders, perform PO receiving and hanging goods.
• Reconcile rebalances and shipping documents and participate in rebalance and recall requests.
• Complete BOPIS operations and oversee accuracy of in-transit documentation, RTVs and refusals.
• Coordinate merchandise preparation for sales floor placement and execute markdowns and price changes.
