Logistics Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Logistics Manager in managing and monitoring daily logistics operations, including import/export shipments and customs compliance.
• Oversee the Logistics Liaison Coordinators to ensure smooth execution of tasks and efficient communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure that all customs-related documentation and transactions comply with applicable regulations.
• Assist in preparing and processing customs permits, clearances, and tax exemption endorsements.
• Serve as the liaison between logistics providers, customs officials, port authorities, and internal teams to resolve any shipment issues.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding shipment statuses and regulatory updates.
