Job description

Responsibilities:

• Processes and seeks authorization from PEZA to farm-out materials for inter-company transfers as well as transfers to design engineering center, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Process farm-out and farm-in documents for transfers to APPI inter-company, design engineering center, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Will help to maintain and monitor Letters of Authority (LOA) to ensure continuity by keeping them up to date.
• Will help in vendor management of subcontracted truckers by monitoring OTD performance, ensuring compliance with security procedures ,and assessing their performance.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any equivalent degree.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• With background in PEZA and Customs processes and regulations is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
