Logistics Specialist

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for day to day operation jobs relating to import permit application, customs clearance, check request and other daily jobs for Labcorp Shanghai.

**Essential Job Duties:**

+ Be responsible for communicating with PI/PMs/lab &Sourcing/Procurement to prepare all the import/export permits. E.g. CIQ risk assessment, CITES, CFDA, etc.
+ Be responsible for Customs clearance of shipments.
+ Be responsible for the domestic shipments.
+ Checking billing list and finishing check requests for Logistics related vendors monthly.
+ Document all transportation service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
+ Monitoring and tracking of all shipments in China including Inbound, Outbound, SM and direct shipments.
+ Providing precise and reliable feedback to management on specific Courier performance or issues.
+ Document properly all Logistics related files.
