· Logistics Operation Management - Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics operations including warehousing, inventory control, transportation, and end to end supply chain activities
· Process Improvement – Conduct regular reviews of standard operating procedures to identify and implement enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness in logistics operations
· Vendor Coordination and Cost Optimization - Liaise with logistics providers and freight to obtain competitive quotations for project bids and sales tenders. Oversee freight management, customs clearance, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations to minimize costs
