Job Description

 Responsibilities 
Coordinate end‑to‑end FSFE documentation across CMs, SG Operations, Finance, and Schenker SG to compile, validate, and consolidate all required documents for each shipment in preparation for . Customs filing.
Prepare and maintain complete filing packages for submission to . CBP, ensure accurate linkage of all transactional records, and uphold robust record‑keeping standards to support compliance and audit readiness.
Perform ongoing compliance checks to ensure FSFE processes meet US CBP requirements, proactively identify discrepancies, and support responses to customs inquiries including CF28 requests.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Trade Operations (Franklin), ensuring seamless communication, timely data exchange, and alignment on FSFE operational requirements across time zones.
