Inventory Audit

1. In charge of doing store reconciliation

2. Collaborates with Inventory Audit team , sales and retail operations and Finance

3. Do stock adjustment for valid transactions.

4. Monitor idoc errors and provide weekly report with resolution, responsible and timelines

5. Work with Inventory Audit team during store count and ensure timely updating and posting

Importation

1. Monitor shipment from the time D&T computation was approved by Importation Executive.

2. Coordination with the broker

3. Coordination with the warehouse

4. Update Importation Executive to build the weekly report

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management , physical count and importation
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong business acumen
