Logistics Specialist（RMA）

Job Purpose:

・RMA operations (handling approval/rejection, RMA preparation, communication with sales departments)

・Inventory control (circular inventory, material inventory, physical item number control)

・Returned goods operations (creation and processing of work lists related to manufacturer returns and shipping)

・Repair reception service (Communication with manufacturers and retailers via phone/fax/email)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

・PC skills (Word, Excel for tabulating and creating documents, etc.)

・Ability to communicate with related departments

・Experience in handling phone communications with clients and partners.
