Essential Functions Performed

• Ensures that customer orders are shipped in a timely manner.
• Responsible for inbound shipments and ensuring they are stocked timely.
• Is the direct contact with forwarders on daily issues.
• Resolves issues and problems with outbound and inbound shipments.
• Tracks deliveries and arranges for POD’s (Proof of Delivery) when required.
• Arranges shipment pickups.
• Ensures that correct carriers and services are selected.
• Ensures that shipping paperwork and export documents are filled out correctly.
