Logistics Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery and pickup schedules with drivers and dispatchers
• Monitor truck movements and delivery status
• Prepare, check, and file logistics documents such as delivery receipts, trip tickets, and proof of delivery (POD)
• Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and concerns
• Source and coordinate trucking services for different areas and clients to optimize cost-efficiency
• Assist in route planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Encode and update shipment and delivery records in the system
• Report delays, incidents, or operational issues to the supervisor
• Assist in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic safety procedures
