Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Staff / Warehouse Custodian to support our day-to-day logistics and inventory operations. The role is responsible for safeguarding company stocks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating stock movements in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily logistics operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching company stocks.
• Act as custodian of company supplies and materials such as bond papers, office supplies, merchandise packaging, POS displays, paraphernalia, Gift with Purchases (GWP), and other operational stocks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all logistics and warehouse materials.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming supplies, ensuring correct quantity and acceptable condition.
