Logistics Staff

• Responsible for closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items
• Scheduling and enforcement of Production and assignment of manpower
• Monitor Job order fulfillment and stock requirements
• Preparation and Dispatch of outbound deployment and deliveries
• Monitor and quality check of inbound deliveries
• Dispensing of products/materials/consumables for production
• Monitor facilities and other maintenance works
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed
• Perform actual inventory count and monitor storage hubs
• Prepares necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Other tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• At least vocational graduate of related course
• Prior work experience related to production, logistics and inventory will be an advantage
• Background in construction and metal works is preferred...
