Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel.
- Plan, organize, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, returns, and logistics documentation.
- Monitor and control delivery schedules, vehicle assignments, and routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding shipments and delivery requirements.
- Ensure compliance with transport laws, safety standards, and company protocols.
- Handle issues related to delays, damaged goods, or customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
