Logistics Supervisor (Night Shift)

About the role

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd is seeking a Logistics Supervisor (Night Shift) for a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. You will play a critical supervisory role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics division.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee and manage the daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

2. Lead and supervise a team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.

3. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through proper processes, cycle counts, and disciplined stock management.

4. Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) rules and regulations.

5. Conduct and chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team to communicate updates, risks, and improvements.
