Logistics Supervisor

To oversee the day-to-day operations involved in the secure and timely handling of banking-related shipments such as credit cards, Statements of Account (SOAs), PIN mailers, and customer letters. The role involves supervising a team of processing personnel to ensure that all steps, from receiving to return, are carried out accurately and efficiently. This role will support the Manager by monitoring team performance, facilitating issue resolution, and contributing to accurate and timely reporting.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day handling of all corporate banking shipments, including the receiving, encoding, sorting, dispatch, and return of documents and packages.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Return to Shipper (RTS) and assist in the preparation of reports for submission to bank clients.
