Logistics Support

Working with Sales Support:

• Confirm delivery dates and addresses with the sales support team.
• Get freight cost and transit time quotes from forwarders for the team or customers.
• Let sales support know when orders are ready for local delivery, export, or port delivery.
• Help arrange transport for deliveries and exports with forwarding agents.
• Check if there is enough stock when asked by the sales support team.
• Provide product samples or photos if requested by customers or distributors.
• Support urgent shipments needed at the last minute.

Logistics Coordination:

• Work with storekeepers to meet order picking deadlines.
• Make sure the correct items are picked and ready on time.
• Enter product serial numbers into the system (EQ order and Navision) after receiving pick tickets.
