About the Role
We are looking for an Intermodal Operations Specialist based in Mexico City to manage end-to-end
freight execution for North American shipments. This is an operations-first role for someone who
lives and breathes logistics — someone who knows the difference between a dray move and a 53-
foot domestic container, understands cross-border customs requirements, and can keep multiple
active shipments moving without losing track of any of them. You will work closely with US-based
customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure every load moves on time and every
system record stays accurate.
Important: This is not a customer service role — it's a freight operations role with a strong customer-facing component. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in intermodal or multimodal logistics, not general customer support....
