**Responsibilities**:Follow up critical items together with the master scheduler in order to have materials produce on time to full fill shipping schedule based on customer demand.Coordinate with finished goods warehouse pre-shipments and shipments to ensure on time delivery to the customers.OTD follow up in daily basis.Monitoring ASN sent to customers in every shipment to assure compliance and avoiding misalignment in front of customer system.Working with customers continuously having strong communication and high level commitment vs every customer requirement.Follow up on customer concerns getting involve additional departments in necessary case.Working on customer service portals as required in order to provide response on specific requirements as an action plan, shipment promise date, customer concerns, etc.Material planning, inventory management and control.Monitoring and controlling transactions with traffic responsible and with brok...
