Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Logistics Team Leader or similar role
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Knowledge of logistics operations, inventory, and dispatch coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Supervise and guide the logistics team
• Ensure smooth delivery, inventory, and dispatch operations
• Monitor team performance and operational compliance
