Job Description

Analyze and recommend the most suitable modes of transportation based on customer needs and operational requirements; 
Request quotes and negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs and delivery times; 
Prepare, review, and transmit all required documentation for the import and export of goods; 
Send delivery documents to clients, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders, ensuring their accuracy and compliance; 
Ensure strict adherence to all laws, regulations, and standards applicable to transportation and logistics; 
Monitor delivery deadlines and conduct necessary follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders; 
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners; 
Update and maintain accurate data in the logistics management system;
