Logistics Utility Assistant

General Responsibilities:

• Safely unload, move, and store incoming materials using proper tools and equipment.
• Assist in receiving and documentation processes to ensure items are complete, accurate, and properly inspected.
• Perform forklift operations in accordance with safety procedures to transport, stack, and organize materials
• Sort, identify, and transfer received items to designated areas for inspection or storage
• Identify and retrieve high-priority items to support urgent operational requirements
• Affix RFID tags or stickers to items as required and ensure proper labeling for tracking and scanning purposes.
• Support in opening, inspecting, and preparing packages or crates for processing
• Photocopy and prepare supporting documents required for receiving, inspection, or inventory processes
• Verify delivered items against documents and assist in inventory count as needed
