Long-Form Content Strategist / Creative Director

We are looking for a high-impact, idea-driven Creative Director to lead long-form content for a fast-growing personal brand and a premium brokerage platform.

This is not a typical content role. You will own the narrative, shape storytelling at scale and build a content engine across YouTube, editorial platforms and campaign-level storytelling.

• Develop and execute a long‑form content strategy aligned with brand positioning
• Script, produce, and oversee high‑quality long‑form videos (documentaries, vlogs, deep‑dives, event coverage)
• Build and manage a structured editorial calendar with a consistent publishing cadence
