Full Description: Age UK Bolton runs a monthly Friendship Cafe at our Ageing Well Centre. This event provides a valuable resource for older people in the local community. The role will involve providing general help, including setting tables, welcoming clients as they arrive, serving hot drinks, clearing up at the end, and in addition booking guest speakers, ringing clients up booking them on beforehand, booing ring and ride and creating the activities for the group.
Responsibilities
- Setting up the room and tables, putting out craft materials and equipment etc
- Sourcing any materials we might need
