Job Objective

Responsible of receiving alert communication Plasma Donor Centers and introduce the information related to the donations informed into the informatic system for ensuring that all the units communicated belonging to a donor that has resulted reactive or belongs to a group of risk behavior, are identified for final removal from Plasma lot to be delivered to Manufacturing Facility.

Environment

Internal: Plasma Quality Assurance, Quality Senior Director, Documentation Management Manager, Administration & Services divisions, and Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives plasma general management.

External: Health Authorities, Government authorities and auditors.

Key responsibility

Receive all look back communications from Plasma Donor Centers.
