Looking for at-home care support and daily living assistance

I’m seeking a reliable caregiver to provide at-home support here in Ireland. The role involves helping with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and occasional transportation to appointments. I’d prefer someone warm, patient, and respectful who can establish a comfortable routine. Experience with elderly or disabled care is a plus. The work would typically be 4 to 6 hours per day, with flexibility for weekends. Training on safety procedures will be appreciated, and I’d like to start during the late morning and gradually adjust as we settle into a routine. References would be good, and payment can be discussed weekly.
