Looking for help with grocery shopping and delivery

I need someone reliable to help me with my weekly grocery shopping and deliver the items to my home. I prefer someone who knows the local stores well and can pick fresh produce and essentials. It would be great if you could also help me carry the bags inside and organize them. I usually shop for a small family, so the list is moderate. Flexible with timing but would like the groceries delivered in the afternoon.
