Looking for help with grocery shopping and errands

I need someone reliable to assist me with grocery shopping and running errands a couple of times a week. I have a list prepared each time and would appreciate help carrying bags and organizing items once home. Ideally, you should be familiar with local stores and able to communicate clearly.
