JOB VACANCY: TEAM LEADER (DEBT COLLECTION)
COMPANY: Titan Recovery Sdn. Bhd.
SALARY: RM2,200 – RM2,500 (based on experience)
LOCATION: Menara Sentral Vista, Brickfields

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the debt collection industry
• Preference given to candidates with experience handling:
• SINGER products AND Motorcycle shop accounts
• We are currently anticipating the onboarding of a major client in the near future
• Proven experience in leading and managing a collection team
• Strong understanding of SOPs, KPIs, and collection ethics
• Able to work under pressure and target-driven
