Job Description

Local/Travel Licensed Practical Nurse  Location: Grand Junction CO 81501  
Term: Contract: 13 weeks  
Shift: 12 hrs nights shift available. Local pay rate: $47/hr  
Travel pay rate: $1728/weekly gross on based up to 36 hours  
Requirements:  State LPN license.  
BLS/CPR required.  
Must be vaccinated.  
Min 1-2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.  
Responsibilities:  Monitor patients throughout their treatment.  
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.  
Ensure that patients take their medication.  
Assist doctors and registered nurses.  
Liaise with patients' families.
