Je rol

In deze sleutelfunctie:

  • Ben jij onze host op kantoor: jij zorgt voor een warm en efficiënt onthaal van onze cliënten, zowel telefonisch als aan de balie

  • Zorgt voor agendabeheer van de notarissen en plant afspraken in

  • Zorgt voor administratieve ondersteuning van het team 

    • Je profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een administratieve functie of onthaal/hospitality

  • Je bent vlot in Nederlands en internationaal publiek in het Engels en Frans, waarin je mondeling en schriftelijk op professionele wijze kunt communiceren

  • Je bent vlot met de courante informaticatoepassingen (Outlook, Word, Excel, …) en bent steeds bereid om nieuwe applicaties aan te leren. Wij werken met software van ActaLibra

  • Je bent een goede organisator en bent hands on
