Lorry Driver

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for driving lorry to transport products from warehouse DC to Retail outlets.

· Determine and plan for the best routes with transport admin to reduce time taken during delivery.

· Estimate and ensure that loaded goods do not exceed lorry weight limitations and arrange goods in the lorry evenly to ensure safe weight distribution.

. Carry out loading products onto lorry before delivery and assist store workers with unloading during delivery at destination.

· Ensure and check that lorry is in good condition before delivery.

· Responsible for lorry maintenance, inspection and 5S.

· Assist in stock count, cycle count and daily warehouse operation during standby hours or when no delivery work is available.

· Ensure compliance to traffic rules and regulations.

· Be able to operate an 7.5-tonne lorry.
