Responsibilities

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.
• Deter loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain security of products and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
