Job Summary

• Control the flow of LOTO (Lock In Tag Out) process at the Port & Yard operating system aiming to ensuring the safety of the processes to reach the required standards levels as per design client.
• Responsible for cleanliness or 5S of LOTO Room during the shift
• Responsible for reporting any deviation in LOTO process under his monitoring to immediate leader.

Job Description

• Responsible to manage the process of printing LOTO tags and label for the LOTO purpose.
• Issue the operational LOTO tag to LOTO executor.
• Performing zero energy verification with the LOTO executor.
• Creating primary LOTO boxes after the verification completed
• Maintaining & securing primary LOTO boxes at LOTO rooms.
• Involved in the process of LOTO release.
• Performing exceptional LOTO releases.
• Performing some operational activities such as Safe Work Permit Management, Field Inspection, etc. ...
