Role Purpose:

Provide day-to-day operational support for Lotus Domino applications by handling user issues, routine incidents, monitoring, and minor fixes, while escalating complex problems appropriately.

• Application usage errors

• Data clean-up requests
• Monitoring alerts and health checks

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle L1/L2 incidents and service requests
• Manage user access, ACL, and role changes
• Perform initial diagnostics and log analysis
