Loyalty Marketing Coordinator

Due to one of our team heading overseas, we have an exciting opportunity for someone passionate to join our Christchurch based team.

Reporting to the Loyalty Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our loyalty programme while collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.

About the role

This is a hands-on position where you’ll coordinate the day-to-day running of the Max Rewards programme (our PGW Loyalty programme) from campaign creation and content to execution and reporting. You’ll help design engaging offers, create marketing collateral, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and other internal teams, while also acting as a go-to for loyalty support and insights and the key contact for our loyalty suppliers.
