Job Description
The Loyalty Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving the strategic development, execution, and optimization of the company's loyalty program. This role leads end-to-end loyalty lifecycle management, from member acquisition and engagement to retention and rewards innovation, ensuring the program delivers measurable impact on repeat purchase, customer lifetime value, and brand affinity. The position oversees loyalty system operations, CRM integrations, and campaign execution across retail and e commerce touchpoints. It collaborates closely with Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure seamless implementation, data accuracy, and consistent member experience. In addition, the role requires a strong creative mindset, with the ability to conceptualize engaging loyalty campaigns, craft compelling copy, and develop visually appealing materials using tools such as Canva.
