Loyalty Program Development Executive (for The Starling Mall)

Overview

An entry-level Lead Executive position tasked to Establish an In-Mall Loyalty Program and Kickstart Branding and Loyalty Campaign Activities at the Starling Mall.

Responsibilities

• Represent The Loyalty Program of The Starling Mall to engage with various tenant retailers for the purpose of structuring monthly joint loyalty promotion campaigns at our Mall's Loyalty Booth to bring joy and shopper privileges to Starling Mall visitors.
• Plan, design, structure and execute small-scale events and campaigns that can delight our Mall Shoppers, to be held at our mall Loyalty Booth, with distributions of campaign free redemption gifts during campaign period.
• Job Goals: Make Starling Mall a preferred mall destination in our shoppers’ hearts, using the power and creativity of Branding and Loyalty Program to improve the shopper's experience and shoppers' loyalty.
