Own and drive burn-in test strategy, coverage definition, and optimization for LPDDR products across NPI and HVM.
Define and maintain burn-in test conditions, stress profiles, guardbands, and screening methodologies based on reliability and quality requirements.
Analyze burn-in related data (yield, fallout, AFR, reliability indicators) and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Probe / Backend test / Test Solution Engineering / Quality / Design teams to align burn-in requirements with overall test and product strategies.
