Expected pay for this position is $28.00-$44.80. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

Job Summary: A licensed practical nurse is responsible with assisting in providing care for multiple types of patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Job Specifications:

• Education and experience: A graduate from a School of Licensed Practical Nursing and currently licensed in the state of Illinois. Required to have a current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire date. Required to have a current CPI certification or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire date.
