Job Description/Requirements.

**Proposed Schedule:** 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with an occasional Tuesday evening and Saturday morning rotation.

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides age appropriate, population specific, patient care in a professional, compassionate, caring, culturally and ethnically sensitive manner, while embracing the Core Values of Quality, Appreciation, Creativity and Sustainability in pursuing the HHHN Mission and Vision. The LPN administers care to patients under the direction of the responsible Registered Nurse or medical provider.
